Product overview
Review machine application, displacement, working pressure, port threads, and rotation direction before requesting a quotation.
Two-stage operation is the defining feature. Take CBNA-6.3/2.1: the first section delivers 6.3 ml/r at 2.5 Mpa to advance the ram under no load, and the second delivers 2.1 ml/r at 20 Mpa once the ram meets resistance. An unloading valve shifts between them automatically. This gives fast cycle times without needing a motor large enough to drive full flow at full pressure. The pressure notation follows the same split: 2.5/20 Mpa means 2.5 Mpa on the first section and 20 Mpa on the second. CBDN-22/4JL is rated 5/28 Mpa, and CBNA-15/3.0 is listed at 2.5/21 Mpa. Ports are consistent across the group: a 25.4 mm (1 inch) feed with NPT 1/2 discharge on the CBNA and 2CB series, Φ30 feed with NPT 3/4 discharge on CBDN-22/4JL, and 2-G 3/8 with 2-NPT 1/2 on GHP-F3.5/F3.5R. The GHP-F3.5/F3.5R entry is the outlier: equal 3.5/3.5 ml/r sections with a single 250 bar rating, which suggests a different internal arrangement rather than a true two-stage pump.
Selection guidance
Use equipment model, OEM reference numbers, rotation direction, and port threads to verify exact replacement compatibility.
1. Confirm the OEM reference number first. LOG SPLITTER tractors of the same model year can carry different pump part numbers depending on whether the machine has factory hydraulic remotes, a loader valve, or power steering priority. 2. Match displacement, not just the mounting flange. Nominal displacement in ml/r sets flow at a given engine speed. A larger displacement raises flow but also raises drive torque and heat load. 3. Confirm rotation direction. Catalogue entries are listed as Right (Clockwise) or Left (Anti-clockwise) as viewed from the drive end. A pump run backwards will not prime. 4. Check both port threads before ordering. The catalogue mixes UNF, metric fine (M18x1.5, M16x1.5, M14x1.5), BSP (G), and NPT threads within the same brand family. Adapters add leak points and cost. 5. Match pressure capability to the relief setting. Maximum pressure in the catalogue is the pump rating, not the system setting. The relief valve normally limits working pressure below that figure. 6. Check the controlled flow rate where listed. Some entries include a controlled flow rate in L/min, which matters for steering and constant-flow circuits.

Quality Control & Inspection Matrix
Overseas procurement teams require verifiable technical data, not unsupported claims. Every production batch at ZhongYi is inspected against approved CAD blueprints and international standards (DIN, AGMA, ISO).
Component-Specific Quality Focus:
The supplier holds an IATF 16949:2016 certificate (certificate number DB00992, IATF registration number 0454540, issued 26/07/2022, expiring 25/07/2025). IATF 16949 covers automotive-sector quality management system requirements; it is not a product type approval and does not by itself certify any individual pump model. The catalogue does not publish material grades, heat treatment specifications, volumetric efficiency test data, or endurance test results. Buyers who need those should request them directly rather than assume they exist: dimensional inspection reports for the mounting flange, shaft, and port threads; material certificates for the housing and gear set; volumetric and overall efficiency test curves at rated speed and pressure; sample pumps for fitment and bench testing before a production order; and confirmation of the drawing revision used for manufacture. Because the certificate expiry date has passed relative to many buying cycles, ask for the current certificate before qualifying the supplier.
Validates 3D spatial GD&T, bore concentricity, center distance, and geometric tolerances down to ±0.002 mm.
Inspects involute tooth profile error (fα), lead crowning (fβ), pitch cumulative error (Fp), and radial runout (Fr).
Verifies surface hardness (58–62 HRC), core toughness, and effective carburized / nitrided case depth gradient.
100% chemical composition verification of alloy steel forgings (20CrMnTi, 42CrMo, 18CrNiMo7-6, Stainless, POM).
We maintain strict incoming material spectroscopy, in-process CNC tooth coordinate monitoring, and 100% final pre-shipment dimensional inspection. All custom gear batches are backed by our full manufacturing warranty.

Technical FAQ
Critical specifications are confirmed against final drawings before production.
It gives the displacement of each section: 6.3/2.1 ml/r means one section moves 6.3 ml per revolution and the other 2.1 ml. The larger section provides fast ram travel at low pressure; the smaller provides splitting force at high pressure.
